You acknowledge and fully accept all the terms outlined below when making a reservation. We kindly ask you to review them carefully, and if you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from making a booking or contact us to discuss further. If a guest violates any of the terms, IRIDIUM reserves the right to restrict their access to the room, change the access code, and only permit entry for retrieving personal belongings. Additionally, IRIDIUM reserves the right to conduct room checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.

Check-in and Check-out hours

Arrivals are scheduled from 15:00 onwards, while departures are expected by 10:00. If you wish to arrive earlier than the scheduled time, you can contact us, and if the room is available, access is possible.

Arrival and key-code access

Our guests will be provided with a unique code for both the external door of the building and the door of the room with a number lock. However, after your first entry into the room, access will also be provided through the card existing in the room. Entry codes are emailed to our guests two to three days prior to their arrival.

Guests and children

The standard charge applies to adults, defined as individuals who have reached their 18th year. For children up to 4 years old, we provide a baby cot upon request and, subject to availability, for free. Please note that no additional beds can be added to an apartment beyond the existing capacity. Visitors are not allowed to stay without permission from the proprietor.

Smoking

Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise

All guests must maintain minimal noise levels during community quiet times. Summer quiet times are from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00, while winter quiet times are from 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 07:30. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Accommodation

Guests are required to maintain cleanliness and proper use of the room. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their room or the premises by themselves or any individuals during their stay. They must replace any damaged or stolen items resulting from their negligence or misuse. The proprietor reserves the right to retain guests' credit card and/or debit card details and charge them at their discretion to cover any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred due to the guests' actions. The guest who made the booking payment is responsible for ensuring compliance with all terms outlined in this document. The accommodation provider bears no liability for losses or damages that may be incurred to the baggage or belongings of the guests, as it does not provide security service. Every guest is obliged to secure their belongings.

Payment Methods

All payments can only be processed online through our secure payment gateway, Stripe, using credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is provided for cancellations seven days before check-in. After this period, you are charged the total amount of the reservation.

Internet and satellite TV

Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available in the rooms. The accommodation provider is not liable for guests' internet usage and content. However, guests are prohibited from accessing illegal websites or downloading images. By accepting this notice, guests acknowledge that the proprietor reserves the right to monitor internet usage and restrict access to certain websites.

Cleaning services

Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily upon request from 10:00-12:00. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every three days.
